The EWTO ChiKung form consists of specifically healthy movements from the traditional WingTsun forms SiuNimTau, ChumKiu, BiuTze, Health-SNT. With the EWTO ChiKung form you warm up all parts of your body and train the flexibility of the torso. You also can use the sequence of movements as a short exercise in your everyday life.

Light Strechting releases muscular tension and imbalances.
 

Sensomotoric partner- and single-exercises enhance awareness, coordination and control of your body. Playfully you discover new options to move freely and achieve a new range of motion.
